The work has been funded by Daiwa foundation that supports anglo-japenese cultural exchange.
The collaboration uses art making as a bridge between their respective creative and cultural frameworks, and develops its own visual language to fill the gaps in translation. By drawing on a diverse array of references within craft, architecture and visual language, the artists build an aesthetic that inhabits a third space, outside of their individual practices.
