Spinning Yarns.

Sounds are coming from the side of the stage. Who can spin the endless yarn?

Who wants to spin the yarn? The day has been long. Around fire, you hear machines of continuous rambling. Images expand and discolour on the heat. Too much was drunk in.

Tales were passed down. They must have been heard before, but they twist as they unfold. They turn and turn into being. The centripetal force of the dog running for its tail. The dancer, arm raised, spinning on the stage.

Spinning does something to matter. We’re sure these tales are meaningful but we can’t remember how. They were like that when we got them. They were bent into shape, bent into fiction. We saw the kernel of event. We swear we did. Now there is the endless tale, whole spilling armfuls of string.

Take your time, you have all the time you need. Often the process of twisting is better than the twisted thing. Like fate, cut the thread with scissors before it gets too long. What are the mechanisms of unfolding? Sounds are coming from side of the stage. Who can spin the endless yarn?
