EXHIBITOR TERMS & CONDITIONS

By showing work in any of our spaces, or in external spaces organised by Art Hub Studios, you understand and agree to the following T&Cs:

Accepted Artwork

(a) All Artwork will need to be agreed on between Artist and Art Hub Studios before being accepted.

(b) All Artwork will need to be in a suitable condition to be hung, displayed or screened in a public space.

(c) Sculptural work should be free-standing and free of sharp or dangerous surface areas.

Handling of Physical Artwork

(a) All loaned Artworks must be given to Art Hub Studios in protective packaging.

(b) Art Hub Studios will try to return Artwork in original packaging, but can’t guarantee it.

(c) All loaned Artwork must be clearly labelled with Artists name and contact details.

Install of Artwork

(a) Art Hub Studios will aim to handle and treat all Artworks with the utmost respect and care.

(b) Wall based Artwork will be hung using mirror plates where possible, but this can’t be guaranteed.

(c) The final decision on the hanging, placement or screening of Artworks is with Art Hub Studios.

Promotional Material / Image Details

(a) We reserve the right to take and use photographs of any Artwork displayed in any of our spaces to promote any of our spaces or exhibitions.

(b) We aim to list all Artworks with Artists name, Title, Medium, Dimensions and Date. It is up to each Artist to confirm that Artwork information is supplied correctly during the application process.

Loan Period

(a) The exhibited Artworks will be on view to the public during the opening hours of the Exhibiting Venue.

(b) Artworks cannot be removed until after the Loan Period ends.

(c) Art Hub Studios or the Exhibiting Venue will not take commission on any sales unless agreed beforehand.

(d) Art Hub Studios designates a 14 day period after the exhibition to return Artworks.

Insurance of Artworks

(a) Art Hub Studios will not be liable for damage to any Artwork that occurs during the Loan Period, this includes transportation and install.

(b) Insurance of Artworks is the Exhibitors responsibility.
