My interests are at the intersection of my mixed heritage identity (Filipino/English), globalised labour in relation to the diaspora and magical realism.

The work I make involves the reclamation and reappropriation of materials that speak to both an English domestic life and an alternate fantasy reality in the Philippines. I combine common everyday cleaning tools and objects found in every Filipino household with my own made patterns and objects, bestowing on them a heightened material significance through using them as a construction material for my large-scale vessels/structures/installations.
